OT Functional Capacity Assessments

What We Do

Occupational Therapy Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) are comprehensive evaluations designed to assess an individual's ability to perform daily activities, participate in their chosen occupations, and fulfill their life roles for a better quality of life.

A FCA evaluates the physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors that influence a person's ability to perform daily activities. The resulting FCA Report provides a detailed overview of the individual's functional abilities, challenges, and goals. Its purpose is to justify the need for specific services or equipment, ensuring the right support is identified to help the person overcome barriers and improve their quality of life.
